Mate no one will sell you their personal information, for sure. That's why u ended up scammed last time.
Probably if someone came with an account is hacked or something similar, maybe just unverified.

Hey guys,

I got into some problems with PayPal and they do not let me register a new account with them anymore, so I would need a new one under a different name for day-to-day usage.

So I need a 1 year old German account (or longer) paired with a bank account, willing to buy it from you if you are leaving the country or something, just let me know the price. I do not need the actual access to the bank account, we can sort this out over a chat.
