I might be able to buy a used one off Amazon or eBay for you, but 1) not sure if I can ship it directly to Canada or I'd have to reship it from my place, and 2) wouldn't be able to test it even if it went to my place first.
Don't want to spend a lot, but I still want a decent wheel.
