My VCC are generated from my own (real) bank account, and are accepted in all places where VISA is accepted.

After that, you still need to approve your Google Account with a ID proof + Bank statement.
Otherwise, GC suspend the acc in minutes.

So it sounds like there isn't a method at all then?

Yup Google Patched the whole long ago, The Problem with the "Methods" are that they get spammed. So the company has to forcefully decline all sorts of VCC, Even if they are legit, So if you find a company which accepts VCC don't try to abuse it, They will patch it sooner or later.
