- You can do it yourself because you mentioned that you have a PayPal account, just link your PayPal account to Google Account.
- You can use a prepaid card loaded by Bitcoin(spectrocoin,crytopay,...etc) and connect it to your account after verifying your identity.

Yeah it's me.
There is no option to add Paypal as payment method in Google Wallet/account. But I will look into the other three solutions.
