Tuesday bump! Just to be clear, I'm looking for all kinds of ram sets with the 1040 numbers and not just the ones in the pictures. Thanks for looking!

I have a couple ripsaws so I will check on the numbers, any reason why serials matter? Does size matter at all?

The 1040 in the serial number denotes a particular make of the actual memory chips. In this case, 1040 means the chips are made by Powerchip Semiconductor. They happen to clock pretty well, but aren't made anymore so I'm looking for kits to combine with my current sets.

Size does matter in the case of these sticks. They were only made in 2Gb per stick, so they are most commonly found in sets of two. I would be interested in sets of three though, and they do exist as well.

Thanks for checking your stash. I figure people are going to start upgrading to DDR4 soon with the new Intel chips coming out so I'll see if anyone has these sticks and buy them up.
Well thanks for the information, I went ahead and checked my multiple kits and sadly I don't have any of the serial numbers that you are looking for. I will keep an eye out from now on though for you.

Thanks for taking the time to check, I appreciate it!

I'm looking for only a few sets in particular.

The way that G.Skill marks their serial numbers is very particular. As a result, I'm looking for kits which have "1040" for serial digits 5-8 as shown in the picture below. I'm only looking for Ripjaws X or Pis and will pay top dollar in BTC. We can use escrow with OG.

Desired S/N:

Pis:

Ripjaws X:

As always, thanks in advance for looking!
