i already talk with Bitcointalk Escrow user list but they refused me to handle deal. They said we dont escrow for digital accounts

she said i have 8 accounts and i said okay we will proceed 1 by 1 order
first money then account and she deal with me.
today i sent to him / her money 1 account so she saying now me my seller not giving to me file i need 40$ more and i speak to soha give to me refund and he/she just repeating same messaging again and again i need 40$ more to get file from my seller.
wtf is that ?
