Important: This is not the current HIB, or the Humble Frozenbyte Bundle that was technically the third bundle released.
Title says it all, I'd pay 1.2 bitcoin (or something reasonable) if you paid more than the average and got the bonus, less if you didn't. Anyone still have a spare of this around? I've got all the others but missed this one for some stupid reason.
Steam code must of course still be redeemable to prove that you haven't sold this to multiple people.
Payment will be sent according to which of us has more evidence of positive feedback.
