The world is fantastic :D
I already had ordered from this selller two days ago an amount of 1.5 BTC and everything worked fine.
Also I tried this seller last week when I was ordering just a small amount of 0.2 BTC and it also worked great.

Cindi32

Cindi32/bitcoiner222:

Again, if you can, either one of you should be able to post the transaction IDs showing the transfers of the 1.5 BTC and the 0.2 BTC mentioned above.

Second transfer on 18/11/2013
For the 1.5 BTC

His adresses:

If he sent the coins, surely he could post the TxID, no?

I already had contacted the lawyer of our company, because HE IS A SCAMMER!
I had prepared to send him the BTC, but my wallet checks every single transaction manually, so it could takes a few hours until he would had received them. But after just a half hour he uses the "Chargeback"-option of PayPal. That is not fair because I already had paid for the transaction.
Other users are posting positive feedback (look at the "BTC-Exchange.info"-thread in "Project Development".

SCAMMER, DO NOT TRADE WITH HIM!!!

Cheers
Bitcoiner222

Really, honestly, lawyer?  Huh

What the heck is he going to do, I bet you do not even have one, and since this is a digital and an illegal currency you have nothing to stand on.

I just looked up this thread because I just had the following situation:

I posted that I wanted to buy .09 BTC via verified Paypal.  I got a PM from Cindi32 (who posted earlier in this thread) saying ok, but I needed to send the funds first.  Cindi has like 10 posts.  So then I asked for a reference because Cindi indicated they have done other transactions.  Cindi sent back the names....

bitcoiner222 and Exdeus.

So, and this is speculation, yet an educated speculation, I'd be careful about Cindi32.  Obviously, I have the PMs saved to prove this happened.

Edit:  Now I notice Exdeus is sticking up for bitcoiner222 as well.  Wow.

i sent him paypal payment and i did get the coins.. my post can be found

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/wtb-btc-for-paypal-337740

i also left positive feedback for the user.

my transaction took place about 2 hours before this "scam" took place. it took him around 40 mins to send the coins not sure why you did a chargeback so fast you could have waited a few hours. As you made the chargeback so fast i would have thought you warrant a scammertag. This is based on my experince with the seller.
OK, fine, maybe he should not have done the chargeback so fast, stated above several times and now assumed a given.

At this point that is water under the bridge.  Both parties agree that the BTC were never sent.  Therefore the seller should immediatly refund the PayPal USD and we can put this all behind us.  Why has he not issued a refund?  Why all the bluster about lawyers, etc?  He has no reason to not issue the refund.

All this calling each other scammer is total bullshit.  However:

I would not do business with the buyer since he is so "trigger happy" with the chargeback.

I would not do business with the seller as he has not issued the refund and most likely is using a sockpuppet to try and bolster his "case" whatever that is.

Me calling him a scammer is not bullshit. He still has refused to send my USD back via paypal. I have nothing, which = scammed. Plus, he broke written agreement to "immediately send BTC upon receipt of paypal payment. He broke this agreement by telling me to wait till next day AFTER I PAID. THAT ALONE is enough to call off the deal (again I recevied no BTC).

I gave him an out. I told him to just refund my payment and we each move on. He refused, He is a scammer. Nuff said
Everybody in this thread says it, why should I use PayPal if I would be a scammer?
I always would get in trouble with them because of the chargeback function.
There are much more easier methods to scam, really.
So where is your problem that you will not remove the posted rating of me (-6)?
I resended you the money via PayPal of course a short time after that problem, you have the money, you had no lost money or any other problems now. WHERE IS YOUR PROBLEM THEN?

Why should we not be just normal users again, you will remove my rating, I remove yours.
And I could not be a scammer. Why where the short time when we published www.BTC-Exchange.info so many happy costumers with exchanging over 5.000 USD (details in another thread)? Some of them are currently posting in this thread.

Please think about just return to a normal user without trouble anywhere.

the problem is that if he waited days and the guy is a scammer by then he would have already taken the money out of the paypal account then the sender is stuck with nothing because paypal will not reimburse you from their own pocket they take the money back from the receivers account but if the receiver has no funds in their paypal account the account just goes negative and the sender is left with nothing ive had this happen to me before in the past i was just stuck with nothing

you can cash out with paypal in 30 seconds as soon as funds land so he would be in the same boat. If he was going to be scammed it would have happend as soon as he sent payment. so waiting 24 hours wouldnt have changed anything.

you cannot if you using a paypal debit card there is a daily limit if you are sending funds to your bank it takes 2-3 days

Takes me 30 seconds to get it into my bank in the UK.

Another FYI.. Maybe once you sent the Paypal.. he got suspicious.. Why are u still talking about it anyways.. In the end.. both of you guys are suspicious. You charged back fast.. and he may have not been trying to scam him. Next time you deal with paypal.. Do what i do. USE ESCROW AND SEND THE ESCROWER A COPY OF YOUR ID AND SCREENCAP OF PAYPAL ACCT THAT SHOWS YOUR NAME AND MUST MATCH.

You charged back way too fast...  Atleast give the guy an hour or so.

He told me I would have to wait until the next day to receive the 2BTC but told me this AFTER I made payment. Prior to payment he said he would send BTC "Immediately after Payment".

FIFY

Buying BTC is not the same a buying a lap dance.  Things happen and there is no reason to not wait for a couple of days before doing the chargeback.  Wouldn't you have been much better of to have waited a few days?  He may have gotten you the BTC at that price and you would be sitting on a nice profit now.  I understand you got concerned but you were in the drivers seat with nothing to lose so, next time:

Deal with a reputable person
Wait a few days before pulling the chargeback trigger.

If I had filed a chargeback AFTER I received BTC then yes I would warrant a scammertag. This is simply not the case.

your missing my point because you did a chargeback so fast you didnt give him time to send the coins. what it my eyes makes you shady.

If you go to buy a product and the seller tells you, you will receive the product "immediately after making payment" (lets use a lap dance as an example) you pay for a lap dance but the stripper then tells you that you have to now wait until tomorrow to get it. Do you think you would be in the right to then call off the transaction? I believe so

Eaxactly!

Or the fact that his English skills were really good all the way up until I paid and he started to ramble (via PM) about why he didnt send the BTC "yet" Its like as soon as his scam started to emerge his English skills went out the window, which is like scammer talk IMO

Hi Stevenrm87,

The police could find out your adress: You live in the United States in San Jose, California? That is great because our company is also located in the US (Nevada).
You will receive very funny letters from the police next time for calling us "scammers" and "bastards". Of course you could delete the posts but we personally had showed our police department and our lawyer the posted texts and had saved them in screenshots and other useful things, so you could let them there  Wink

Why all this bluster?  You should be as happy as a pig in shit that he backed out of the deal.  BTC are headed toward $1000.  You can now sell these BTC for much more than you were going to sell them to Stevenrm87.  Police?  "funny letters"?  Lawyer?  Get real.  You have lost nothing.  Issue the refund.  He will remove the negative rating.  Let it go.  If you are a scammer then you suck at it because no matter what you do you will never get to keep the PayPal USD anyway!

Of course you could delete the posts but we personally had showed our police department and our lawyer the posted texts and had saved them in screenshots and other useful things, so you could let them there  Wink

All paid signature campaigns should be banned.
I already had ordered from this selller two days ago an amount of 1.5 BTC and everything worked fine.
Also I tried this seller last week when I was ordering just a small amount of 0.2 BTC and it also worked great.

Then you can post here the transactions IDs of these two transactions.

If not I also call sockpuppet.

Hi,

No, I am not female.  Would be strange if a woman is interested in BTC.  Wink
My real first name is Cindeo (Autralian name) and to be creative I wrote "Cindi32". I am 32 years old (32)

Well, I can`t, because our wallet is manually and now I have cancelled the transaction.
But I can show everyone here, that he used the chargebackfunction within minutes after ordering the BTC.

LOL at this

bitcoiner222 - why are you getting the police involved if you haven't lost anything? If you did send BTC, please could you post the transaction ID. Also please let me know which bitcoin client you're using that allows you to cancel transactions after they have been initiated? It sounds like a perfect client to use for paypal transactions because after sending BTC you can just cancel if there is a paypal chargeback...  Cheesy

Hi Cindi - if you're female (as your name suggests), you must be one of the only female users on this forum Smiley

On a more serious note: Stevenrm87 - as BurtW said, in future, give it a few hours at least because if you'd bought from a genuine seller and you had initiated chargeback within minutes, the bitcoins would not have reached you yet (because there wouldn't yet be 6 confirmations) but they would have left the seller's wallet on their way to you. Therefore a chargeback at that stage might have led to serious scammer accusations against you. I believe you have 45 days for chargeback under paypal terms as I understand it so there's no rush - please correct me if I'm wrong.

How is that possible with 3 posts.. You never posted u needed anything.. LOL.. I smell something fishy!
Of course that is true. I only had PMed his threads in which he wrotes that he selles BTC for PayPal. So I do not need to post to be a seriously guy. As you can see in my profile, I was already registered since more than a week. And I am not a paid poster from him, other (full-) members are posting in his threads positive feedbacks and reviews too.

BUSTED. In his past forum posts.. no where does it say he sold btc.. he's been buying. Try again. This does not look good.

And to add he stated he would send the BTC "immediately" after I sent PayPal. Then started to say couple hours,,, then days... If he intended to or not (I believe he did not even have the BTC to sell) he broke the written agreement and in my book was enough to call off the transaction in its entirety (specially since I received nothing anyway)

Then he starts spouting off lawyer this and that... Just delays just excused to have me wait. Im not THAT stupid (although a little for trying to work with him in the first place)

BTC buyer:  You were a bit quick to push the chargeback button.  You could have waited a few days.  No need to be in such a hurry.  You have plenty of time to do a chargeback.

BTC seller:  WTF?  It is totally to your advantage to cancel this transaction and send a full refund.  The price of BTC is going up, up, up.  You can sell the BTC for a higher price tomorrow.  Refund the money now.  No need to talk to your lawyer - what the hell does he know anyway?  Does your lawyer understand Bitcoins?  I doubt it.  If you do not refund the money you are a scammer because there is no reason anywhere on Earth that you would even want to try keep the money (unless you are a scammer).  Do you see what I am saying here?  Think about it:  If you do not play nice and refund the money he is going to get it back anyway!  And you never sent the BTC so you are not out anything.  Refund the money, clear your name and let's all move on.

You are right. I was quick, The reason was all communication stopped once I sent the funds AND I got a message from a user stating they dealt with this guy and he scammed them as well. BUT I did give him an out although to prove he was not scamming. The solution was to simply reverse my PayPal payment and call it a day. Once he refused that I went from claiming he was Possibly scammer to IS a scammer.

How about this. Since you have not sent any BTC to me. Its simple Just refund the amount I sent via Paypal and well call it a day. If you do not agree to that. You truly are a scammer and none of this can be blamed on "miscommunication"

What say you

I just will wait until our laywer answers me. Then I would see, if I will do a transaction with you again. You will receive the answer tomorrow, OK?
Until this time, please do not send the money back to my PP-account and reply again: You are a scammer!

Please write if that would be OK for you.

So you refuse to refund my paypal payment even though you never sent me any BTC and you have the audacity to call me a scammer? Its simple, refund my payment, none of us lose anything except our time and well call it a day. Do you agree?

I already wrote the answer: Tomorrow I will tell you after talking to our lawyer.
And no: That is no thing to post again: He is a scammer, because he did not agree today.
I promise that tomorrow I will reply.
AND: If you would trade with me again, you have to delete every single wrong message about me in this forum. (It would be done by our lawyer/police, but I think that it is better for you, if you do it without another person.)

If he sent the coins, surely he could post the TxID, no?

HAHA WOW now Im a scammer? news flash buddie. You have MY funds I have NOTHING from you. YOu have sent nothing. YOu broke deal when you stated you would immediatly transfer BTC onve I paid Paypal. YOu did not, you still have not, YOU are the scammer. Show everyone on here that you sent me 2 BTC. You cant!

Well, I can`t, because our wallet is manually and now I have cancelled the transaction.
But I can show everyone here, that he used the chargebackfunction within minutes after ordering the BTC.
You could post your friends here how much money you have to pay our lawyer and the police of London, where we just have sended an online complaint. Have fun with the invoices and the nice letter from the police department!

Well, of course I cancelled every single transaction, because I already had sended the BTC. One part of the BTC (I splitted them up) could be sended to you already. I will do a complaint at my police station this evening, if you do not send them back when they are in your wallet. Of course I will write in bitcointalk that it is a risk to trade with you, because you request the money back.
If you would send the money back, I could finish the transaction, otherwise I will open a thread in the "Scamforum" in bitcointalk.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Cheers

Looks like he may be a scammer. I called PayPal and filed for chargeback since he has not sent and he stated it would be "instant" from the time I sent payment. If he is not a scammer he can send 2 BTC to the address I provided on record and I will gladly cancel dispute.
