if you don't have an answer from the official Facebook, what do you expect to get here? as far as I know, FB does not have its representatives here.
the assumption remains that you are looking for someone to hack that account, which sounds a bit illegal. why would anyone do that for you with some small compensation? Also, can you prove that is your account, and it's not from some third person whose account you want to take over?
in the end, you can always open a new account, not a big deal, I've seen it many times.
