Essentially, It's running the early release of IOS7. It can still be formatted and used like normal. I'm a developer, It's the Golden Master Seed version from Apple.

Hi how much would express shipping to the United States be? I'm in florida. I'm not familiar with the different plugs will this charge in the us I know we use different voltages and I'd prefer not to have to use a converter.
