Just email the seller and ask him if you can send cash in the mail to pay for it and do the transaction outside of eBay; I bet he will go for it since he won't have to pay any fees.

I am having a problem with my bank account ("fraudulent activity"). There's something for $5.80 I want to order on eBay but can't. I assure you it's not an item that's anything I wouldn't publicly buy (it's not a dildo or anything, I swear lol).
