Hey Guys,

Wanted to confirm with you guys. Which 1BTC BUyer Funded Lealana is more rare? The Gold holo or the silver holo?

Gold holo is extremely more rare.  Don't know if the numbers are completely out there.  But years ago when smoothie was active most of his coins came with the non gold and in his weekly auctions would every once in awhile throw some gold holod coins into the mix.

I believe in the case of the 1BTC denominated Buyer Funded Lealana, the silver holo is way more rare.

Yeah you might be right on that.  For the quarter and the halves I know smoothie rarely sold the gold holod coins.  I waited patiently for him to auction them off and it wasn't too many at least in his weeklys.  Who knows if personally he sold some to a private buyer.  I don't think there are good numbers on it.  But yeah good point I think you are right on the 1btc.

Agree.  Silver denominated 0.5, 0.25, 0.1BTC Lealana's with gold holo's are way more rare than the standard silver holos and the silver gilt denominated 1BTC with silver holo is way more rare than the standard gold holo.  What would be most likely extremely rarer than these would be a brass 0.1BTC with a silver holo as gold holo was standard; I've seen examples of all others except this.

Buyer funded, black, Gold B, 0.25. is the Rarest of the rare of the unfunded. I sell you my children if you find one.

I actually have this one, I bought it off impulse on eBay just to have a lealana. I’ll probably be holding onto it till I can get a the gilt in my hands. Hell I’ll give the guy naming rights to my first child when one pops up.

I made a new account by the way since my old one got hacked. It was a learning lesson learned the hard way.

Hi, I’m new here. Been collecting pieces off eBay and now made the trek here in search of a lealana bitcoin with the gold B on it. Hoping to locate a buyer funded one I could use as a wallet. Im not sure how much buyer funded wallets go for, feel free to shoot me a price. Anyone looking to sell one? Thanks.

Hopefully karma gets ya for stealing my account and playing my gullibility into sending you btc.

When smoothie released them by auction the gold holos were not included often, I don't know the numbers but given bitcoin was low usd value most probably were funded.  And with that being said I don't know if I would use one as a wallet since only the first bits are showing and you need to trust the third party ypu are buying one from relays the correct address that was given to them by smoothie.  Smoothie probably won't help ypu put with the full address anymore either.  I would go a different route but good luck in your search either way.

Not likely to happen but reality is the 3rd party could vanity Gen a new address with the same first bits on the coin and give you an address they control and you wouldn't know until you tried to redeem only to find out the priv key doesn't match your pub Addy.  (I will remove my tin foil hat now)

Didn’t know spoofing them was a possibility. I kinda thought about going down the route of funding one of these as a cheaper alternative to buying a loaded coin which is realistically outside of my reach.

I have messaged with Bonanza King a couple of times and two unfortunate things have happened. First, a member operating with the account Pilotone reached out and scammed him out of some btc. BonanzaKing was brand new and finding his way for the first time in the forum. Second, BonanzaKing's account was also hacked. He is now operating under another account. So, beware of the hacked account as well.

Its a good point wheelz. You should be able to see when the address was created. Any of these coins should have an address created in the corresponding year. The bf lealana i have came with a sheet from smoothie with the address.
Side note: i have a 0.1 brass buyer funded green gold B id sell to you. Its the most common coin with mintage at 9500. But a good place to start if your collecting. I wouldnt fund it though. These coins should never be peeled. There art and collector items. Get a ballet wallet for cold storage

Appreciate the offer but not in the market for one of those coins.  Might get into collecting these coins one day sounds fun  Grin

Fysa you can't tell when smoothies address were created if they've never been funded.  So if they are unfunded somebody can create a vanity address and spoof the buyer of the coin in theory. Addresses always exist it's the point of using an address in which you know someone has gotten access to the private key.  But even then you don't know how long they've had access to it.
