Even if someone give you a negative trust, as long as he is not in your trust list, it would not affect your trust rating. Refer to this thread for some information on how trust rating is assessed.
Just one question OP, why do you want to buy a high-ranked account with a +ve trust rating?
That's still frowned upon. The only reason someone would want to buy a high trust account would be to scam (90%), to make someone look bad (9.9%) or to simple want the cooler looking green on their profile (0.1%). let's be honest, we know what you want to do with it.
Maybe there is someone out there that wants to be able to get a few loans with the high trust account for a legitimate endeavor, for which they know they can pay back later (possibly with the fruits of such endeavor)... but that's very, very unlikely.
