It is going to cost you since you are asking for an account that has had a lot of work put into it already. If I'm going to sell my account it has to be worth starting from scratch again.
That is half of what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a legit account that no one uses anymore and isn't asking a crazy price because they have no attachment to it at this point. It doesn't have to have many sales, just needs to be positive and have been around for a while. Honestly I may only use it to sell a couple items not worth over $300, so anywhere near that price isn't worth it for me.

The reason is because mine are fully verified and you are supplied with everything u need. Ebay already has Supplier info and will not questions sales . I have new starter account also fully verified and googlephone number for 125

Why so much? I don't want to pay anywhere near that to be honest. If that is what they are going for then I will just try and sell with a new account.

Looking to buy a legit Ebay account, I haven't really needed to use Ebay until recently and need a legitimate account with all positive feedback (it doesn't matter how many items, just as long as there is positive feedback and no negative). Let me know how much you are asking and please prove it is legit
