I have a datacenter, but unfortunately it's illegitimate. A wild night with cat5 in all the wrong places and no firewall.

Bastard datacenter or not, I still love it like my own.

own or rent?

Ah, he's his own man now. Took up the black, spends his days on the wall now.

Cheap datacenters... Have you checked in nc?

I'm curious though wouldn't it be cheaper just to rent an apt or house with utilities included ?

i did that a few years ago but i kind of felt like a dick for saturating 4 of my unit's power.  the landlord was just a random lady who had the same bills to pay as everyone else.

i haven't checekd NC.  can anyone vouch?

i wont be replying to pms from newbies or anyone without trust.
i have a nice pool at my place, but no room for any more gear (in regards to power restrictions).  i am wondering if anyone out there has a data center with some space they can rent to me for a reasonable cost?  i would pay them to assemble the gear i order them on arrival.

this obviously takes a lot of trust so ill need verification and what not.

are there any professional companies out there that would do this sort of thing?

thanks for input
