I have explained it earlier to you also. If you make atleast 1post in a 14day period the the 14activity points of that period gets accumulated as a potential activity. It releases up when you make enough posts. You can verify this from someone who is deeply indulged in accounts business, someone like QuickSeller .

True, I also think so. same thing if we were to make a post on the old account and then wait for him to increase his activity

There is one person selling a full member with light green trust, however that is when the trust depth is set to 4, however the default setting is 2 and the vast majority of people are only going to use a setting of 2 so it really will not show as green to most people, to most people it will show as 0/0
