You can not get a free prepaid us phone numbers .. Where you honestly want to use it there are some ways that i am sometimes doing and make us phone number and i think its free you don;t need to pay for it.. you can try to download the apps from playstore the name is textme or textnow.. that both are working that you can get US numbers..

As i said i dont need voip numbers or free because they are useless and most of it blacklisted. also i dont need it free but i prefer cheap.
