U buy some app for iOS, up to store and sell it. Buy itunes acc, add gc and buy your app. SImple.
But it is not the smartest way ,unless you get itunes cards for less than 60% ,cos Apples takes upto 30% commission off each purchase

Sending you a PM. Not sure what you mean by "Method" exactly, or what you are looking to get value wise for your cards, but I know 2-3 ways to legitimately cashout those kinds of cards. more if you have the physical card...
Even a marketplace that cashes it quickly I would classify as a method. I know the Chinese do something with in app purchases. I do have the physical cards.
If you have one to turn itunes into cash or something else of value please let me know. I have access to the cards and want to start turning them into cash. If it works for me and is relatively easy to do I'll throw you some btc or gift cards. PM and we can talk
