Don't you have a service like Craigslist in Pakistan ? Just buy a second hand from the market. Shipping to Pakistan alone would cost anyone more than 20-30$ for a mobile phone.

What type of phone are you looking for? could you be a bit more specific? i have several 3g phones, but not sure if you'd be interested.
my only requirments are 3g supported and 100% working condition which is also mentioned on the post. and ofcourse do not show me samsung s1 which dont worth 0.25 BTC and dont show me iphone 6 as well because that is over my bugdet and worth alot more then 0.25BTC
well with shipping costs to pakistan, i can't imagine you'll find a very good deal here unless you link up with someone in or near your country. All the same, good luck. .25 is only about $60 USD
