I've tried emailing the Minifaucet developer multiple times and no response. Still looking for the Epay support files.

You should try the temporary solution made by Dmitriy Zaporozhets: https://gitlab.com/snippets/34363
It would add a number on the project name so that the project name would not be treated as a reserved name. Afterwards, I believe you will be able to get the update for the MiniFaucet.

There is an issue with GitLab preventing me from downloading the recent update at:
