Maybe you should provide more details about exactly what people will need to do in order to register an account.
Do they need to fork over their KYC details (for 40 bucks?!), if so, make it clear. I suspect this is the case, otherwise you would simply use a VPN or fresh proxies to create all the accounts you need.
I really don't recommend that people provide their KYC info to strangers, particularly for anything involving money and the potential for fraud.

I thought you were wasting your money because you simply violated one of their terms of use.
As a general advice, if you are unable to create an account on your own and activate your identification documents plus all your personal data, you are exposing your account to be closed at any moment, especially with the new anti-money laundering laws.
