I've read somewhere that Netflix blocked the digital code sales after several fraudulent purchases in the last year, so i guess its only available as physical gift card on some shops in USA... I haven't seen any ad for that recently..
Is this something thats not available anymore?

Recently I've seen commercials which are offering Netflix 1 year codes with TV purchases or other offers.
I saw tons of them about a year and a half ago but haven't seen any Netflix codes recently, just hacked Netflix accounts.
So, does anyone have these codes for sale?
