I have 5 x MSI 280X cards that all have issues I would sell. They mainly have dead fans, but some might have other problems. I also have 2 x Silverstone 1500 watt PSU that do not work if you want to grab those also?
Have a non running R9 290 Sapphire, is in good condition. Not sure how much that values to.
Purchased this card, still looking!
I have 12-15 broken cards that are still under warranty - I am just to busy/lazy to send them in to be refurbished or exchanged. I can supply all the receipts as well if you are interested.

The board pretty much works until it burns another VRM. ASIC is good and ram chips.
