I don't think he wants a hacked key or a carded purchase and have to deal with the consequences, but offering less than 10% of its initial value seems to suggest that they do not care how it was obtained, only that it works

Are you looking for hacked keys for windows? You might want to close of lock this thread before the DT guys found out what you are looking for and what you are offering to the possible supplier. Selling and buying those keys here is not allowed and you might get a negative feedback for that.
