I find it odd how you are asking for ancient dinosaur equipment and you want it to be in brand new condition.

I think OP is trying to start a bitcoin mining museum or something. Wink

imagine, they could be worth a fortune 50 years from now.

He might want to find a Nintendo (NES).  I saw on time where someone had modified one to hash at like 1hps. Cheesy

I have a Intel Pentium 4 CPU, which was used to mine bitcoins in 2009*, (I think this kinda cpu is the oldest mining hardware) and you can find it on amazon or ebay just for couple of bucks.

Ps: I wasn't mining back then but my computer did, I had a virus called "minerd.exe"** which used my cpu 100%, (I had to reinstall Windows XP, whenever it infected me).

** Yes I know it's not a virus right now Grin

Those Intel Pentium 4 were probably the worse CPUs that Intel ever made. I remember they always ran hot and the fans were always screaming.

Hmm ASIC unused is kind of something that is supposed to not happen. The only way to really not make your money back on those ASIC is not using or selling them. If you change your mind i have 2 Falcon GAW for sale if you have modular PSU to use the cables that i can give you for them.

Hello,
I am helping a friend with a project. I am looking for some of the oldest mining hardware that was released to the public. Eg. original butteryfly labs or avalon. Must be in like new condition with original packaging. Please post here or pm me with photo, info, and price. Or if you know any website that may still have old mining hardware in inventory, I would appreciate that information. Look forward to hearing from you (*I am not interested in any newer hardware a year or two old)
