I'd like to hire someone someone that really knows what they're doing and could set up a mining pool for me (not Bitcoin).
I have access to some talented graphic designers and coders to customize it as well as capital to ensure premium servers and whatever else may be required.
I may be willing to hire long term for managing services to make sure that everything is in fine working order.
Please note that this is an inquisition and I won't be ready to go full force for another month or two but would like to start getting everything in order.
