I have some prepaid American Express and Visa cards. I think they're total $150, but spread out between a couple physical cards. You can use them to purchase online or even link to your paypal to use them. They're from the annoying rebates that I could never find use for. PM me if you're interested.
I can get you an international CC, that can be used, if that helps. It would be a physical card, but you can use it online internationally, and can be set up under any currency. PM me if you are still looking. I do not have the trust ratings yet, I am in the process of selling my Starbucks Gift Cards to B!z though, and will have a rating from him once I arrive home.
