@bitjet, Thanks for your advise! I understood find my cat by quadcopters or other R/Cs might not be a best idea. And if you/I could find a pilot in my location he/she might not want to take this risk too. To my limited capital I'm also afraid I can't afford damage or loss one of them.

There're some indications that my cat could be already departure to some place which doesn't belong to Earth. Through certain method this seems to have been confirmed. And we'll meet again some day soon..

I fly these things. No one would let you rent one. They is a lot of time and money invested in these and one crash could destroy them. You have to know how to fly them and be pretty good at it. You get about 8min of fly time generally with video gear. And it would be pretty hard to find a cat with one. That said, tell me where you are located maybe I know a copter pilot who would help you.

I saw a youtube of a guy who found his cat by placing a small inexpensive location data storage device (ie not live or net enabled) on his collar. He simply waited until his cat came back and found his most common hiding spots and now he says he never has trouble finding him Smiley

You'd be better off building one yourself, and buying the parts with bitcoin. What kind of animals are you looking for by the way?

Yes, they need to be equipped with high resolution camera for search little animals easier.
Some quadcopter's parts could be production by 3D print. But it will always need a sophisticated and precise control interface/UI for better utility.

I've never heard of these things, but I've looked them up on Google and they seem pretty awesome.
Do you use these to find animals with a camera?
