Yeah seems dishonest to me. You might get bad feedback on both here and fiver so I don't think its worth it or morally bright.

If he pays me, and he offers a good product, I don't see the problem, he will gain reputation and get more clients from the search engine.

That is why I have asked him for what kind of service he is offering.
