If you want real silence, go Gigabyte windforce GPUs, I have 14 running in my living room, 1m away it reads 35db with 25-28 C ambient (fan 50% cards 60-65C)
I haven't got any to sell but if you live in a small flat you should really think about these !

There are some models quieter like Avalon series (6, 721, 741, 761) and R4 for example.
Dude I run 3 x A741's at home, I know how quiet they're in summer
Right now with Bomb Cyclone hitting NE they're running at 3xxxRPM 
fairly quiet by my grown standards.
