There are lots on ebay. This one is 10.49 USD with free shipping to domestic USA.

But TBH, I haven't replaced a single fan since I figured out how to repair them without disassembling the heatsink or fan. Just need a small off center hole on the face of the fan to insert some lubrication oil, and fan works like new. It's a gamble if you want to resell something like that though.

Keep in mind that most of those fans on eBay are not exact replacements.  You'll have to cut off that tab that holds the wire, since the original fan has a narrower tab.
I've put two in fine w/o modifying them in any way.  Yeah, you do have to maneuver the wires into the proper place

Some cards take either fan.  You did not have a card that has the tighter space otherwise it CAN NOT fit.  The shroud will rub no matter what you do.  Some 5870's will take the big clip, others will not.  Every 5970 I have seen will take the big clip.

The 5970s and 5870s I have done will not take the larger tabbed fans.  I just did a 5850 couple days ago and I was able to install the larger tabbed one no problem.

Right.  The picture below shows both.  The ebay guys clip size is on the right. I have both styles but I do charge more then the ebay guy.  I do take bitcoin at checkout.

Thank you two! I've re-lubed some fans before, but the life is never as good as new. Sad

I need to buy a replacement fan since my reference 5870's fan is dying as we speak. I saw the post from crypto anarchy, but I figured there has to be someone else with a more competitive price that wants BTC. Smiley

PM with details, I need one, but may buy two if the price is right.
