Seeing as a hash board is 1/3 the miner cost.. $550 new usd give or take.
If they will repair the board for around $200, then a member buying broken boards is able to just get them refurbished.
Your better off having them fixed, rather then buy new!

I seriously doubt that it would be cheaper.
I suggest using bitmainwarranty.com if you live in North America or EU/Russia/Ukraine.
They typically charge about $200, unless the board is burned.
