i dont mind a bulk purchase, I Just want the most efficient cost effective miner on the market. is there someone here that can help,

thanks

The most cost-effective miner, if you don't mind pre-order, is the KNC Titan: https://www.kncminer.com/categories/litecoin-mining-hardware

wtf? 400 MH/s for $7k? Why would they ever sell that if it was legit? They could make that in <1 week mining.

gaw miners are power hungry

i love the new chips

is there a better deal than 4k for 30mhs with the a2 chips

Well, it depends on how much you're willing to spend. Also would you trust a preorder?

But in general, Mh/s tend to get cheaper as you order in bulk.

I'd suggest GAW. I've read many reviews about the week 1 miners, and most of them are quite positive.
There still is some week 3 miners left on their site, but they probably won't be unsold for long.

what is the cheapest price per mh for the newst scrypt miners?

would really love the communitys help

You should also factor in power draw, which in this case favours  A2 chips. Just compare the power draw before you take any decision.

http://zeusminer.com/ started shipping some weeks earlier than today. Some bitcointalk members have received their miners already.
