I've got a need for what should be a fairly simple script.  I've got a long text file that's a bunch of records all together.  There are certain lines I want to pull out and put into a CSV file, the file doesn't need to be written just the the CSV displayed so I can copy it.

Each record is about 150-200 lines of text and I'm probably looking to pull about 10-15 lines per record.  There is an identifier for the start of each record.

I'd prefer this to be written in PHP as I'm going to modify it in the future.  I'm open to other languages as well, I just know PHP the best.

Shoot me a message and I can send you some more specifics of what data I'm looking to pull out and a text file with 15 records to test it with.  Also, let me know your estimated time/cost to complete the script.
