To get “real” subscribers, you either need to motivate them to follow you automatically or pay them in the form of a payments/BOUNTY campaign, and the more you pay in Bitcoin, the more experienced members and valuable Twitter accounts you will get.
It will not cost you much, it will be about $2000 to 10K depending on the number of followers you need and how active they are and the conditions of their accounts.
