Bing lately have again blacklisted a lot bin numbers, i got vcc's that still worked a few days back but they are not accepted anymore
Did you try the spectrocoin vcc's maybe they are still working but no guarantee, it cost you 50 cent to make 1 and you can even unload the card so you may give it a try
On the other hand i know a seller but if i remember he ask 10 or 15$ per card but at least they work for bing.
