I need a vcc or any other method to verify a paypal account in a European country. I currently have only $3.5 in bitcoins. Would someone be willing to help? If its more than $3.5, I promise i'll pay the rest in less than 4 days.

Mind if I ask why do you need to verify your paypal in EU with a vcc ?
as i already made a offer to him for the price he was asking for but seems like i wanted to loan from somone as he did not show any intrest in my offer maybe another newbie loan scam
