I have working aws VCCs and I can load them with 2$ for you and yea I will also accept the trusted escrow. But, how much will you pay me for that? I obtained those VCCs from a very trusted company in my own country. Can you please disclose to me the amount you're willing to pay for those VCCs? If the price seems satisfying then I will most probably continue sending you VCCs. I have personally verified my Aws account for free tier with the VCC. And, they also work for Amazon prime.
