I'm looking to buy something off eBay and want someone to buy it and have it delivered to me directly via Click and Collect so I can go pick it up from a local store.

It's in the UK from a UK based seller if that's what you mean. The item gets shipped straight to me though so don't think it matters where the buyer is from.
