mastercard can be just refunded and means
if you deposited to a site with a mastercard
they will refund the initial deposit back to the same
card. and if there earnings you have to choose other methods..

They allow me to withdraw to a card.
I used to do it with my VISA card, so I thought Mastercard can be done the same.

beside i dont think there a bookie willa.llow transfer to a third party.
must be same name as account owner and 90% same card used to deposit,
if you used mastercard they will do refund to the deposited amount and and leftover by bank . and surw only in your name same name as the account owner.
