There is likely a live chat program and an e-commerce site/program in cpanel,

have you tried installing the programs yourself?

I could try to find the programs in cpanel for you,

but am not a programmer, but most of those programs in cpanel come ready to go,

so you do not need to be a programmer to install them onto your website.

I have experience with installing programs in cpanel onto websites
