My offer is 50$ worth of Bitcoin for 60$ paypal and i am really sorry i dont send first but i am ok to use escrow and you pay escrow charges if you want the trade reply me via PM
Escrow is fine.
However $50 worth is too low. I'd have to politely decline.

Now that's indeed some "cracked logic". How does escrow or sending first prevent a chargeback or payment reversal which is what PayPal is so notorious about?
