I withdrew my dollar commission to my main account by clicking on the button to do so, a couple of days ago. I saw a quick message on te screen saying that I should wait for the transaction to complete, but then theesaage disappeared before I could finish reading it.

And so did my dollars! I can't find them anywhere. They are not in my main account and they are not anywhere else. I've spent nearly an hour browsing the entire site to find them, but can't see them anywhere.

Do you known where they might be? Perhaps I don't have a USD balance because I'm not a US citizen.

I must say that my commissions are now picking up. I now have enough USD to withdraw to my main account. But the commissions do seem to be very small and sparse compared to other exchanges.

No they are not simply small they are scamming the ppl, they simply don't pay any commision and thats it when they see someone is trading a higher vol.

Same happened with me. As far as I can see there's no definite rule with which you can measure the commissions you get. Some small orders get me more commission than bigger orders on the same day. Some orders don't get any commissions at all.

They do state that they are giving "up to" 75% commissions, leading me to think that the more people you refer the more your commission rate increases. But there's no scale showing how that rate grows to 75%. I've referred more than 250 people in just over a month and my commission rate is still at 50%.

One reason why some trades don't attract a commission might be due to some people getting a fee discount (especially those that sign up through referral link). Another reason might be due to the different fee structures of maker and taker orders - I've just read that taker orders pay 0.1% commission but maker orders get rebated 0.01%. So some of those big trades of yours might be maker orders (meaning orders that are not filled immediately) and therefore they pay no commission, but rather EARN commission from HitBTC.
