Probably a bug.
Whale missclicked a market buy for his whole balance 
who knows! the trade is there in the db, and i bet someone account got a few more $ and someone else got some BTC, but there's very little volume.
I think it's because their website went down momentarily and reverted to their CloudFlare snapshot page. I'm the developer of Bitcoinium android app and this is not the first time I've seen this. I experienced it first hand yesterday and had to double check their website, it was switching back and forth between $200.20 and true latest price.
Or not.
A "bug" with double emphasis on the quotes.
Weird. Probably a bug in their systems...
