If it seems too good to be true, then it most likely is too good to be true.
I recently ordered a vps for someone from time4vps.eu
The server is pretty good and fairly decent price. Once every couple months they have some maintenance that makes the servers unavailable but it happens once in blue moon. Support is prompt and best of all they accept bitcoin. Although that was the reason why I needed to contact support, payment took longer to verify than it was supposed to but the support set it right rather quick.
Rather stick to something that you can trust in my opinion.
