You do realize that this guy is actually a scammer who didn't follow through on the previous transaction as agreed. I would advise you to reconsider dealing with him.

Guy joins today and wants you send first. Nothing could go wrong, right?

Always use escrow, even with paypal. Will save you time in the long run.

I sent him $50 - please pay by the AM or get a bad rep & hopefully my paypal money back - I'm on a low income

Don't worry about it, even if he doesn't give you the coins, you can chargeback, even as a gift. Thats why doing Paypal to BTC trades are stupid.

I've bought Bitcoins from people before for Paypal, and whenever I do, I mark it as payment for website design, or coding work, and I leave in the comments that I was completely satisfied with their work, or something like that. What people don't realize is that all paypal payments are reversable, gift or not, and if Paypal finds out you were doing a crypto trade, they get mad.

All that said, if he does give you the coins, be a good guy and don't chargeback  Smiley

Well I'm sorry, even with a proxy I can't find a gift option.
It used to be on the send payment form. gift or product.
There is no option anymore.

exceeded the limit of 5PM/hour

it looks like there is no gift option in paypal anymore

I'm willing to pay the fees though.

its so hard to get people's trust, I understand it.
But this costs me a lot too. Each failed transaction that gets refunded means money that I can't use for a couple of days.. banks in my country are really quick when giving money but very slow when receiving...

I do apologize, but the risk of selling Bitcoin with PayPal is not worth it.
I have been a victim of buyer chargeback in the past (over $200) And that is money out of my pocket to cover paypal to unlock my account.

The gift option is available to me, so I find it odd that you are not allowed to use it.
Maybe try using a USA proxy server and log in to your PayPal account and see if you get that option.

Thanks for your understanding.

Selling 0.1 BTC for PayPal right now..

Looking to get out the game,

If you're interested please read:
I will not sell if you don't agree with these guidlines.
(1) I'd prefer if you can send as gift (if you don't want to send as a gift, you MUST pay the fees)
(2) If you want to use escrow you must pay the fees and IT HAS TO BE SENT AS A GIFT.
(if not your payment will be refunded)
(3) Must be PayPal verified.
(4) You will send first! BTC transactions are IRRVERSIBLE

PM me if you are interested.
