Anytime someone refuses to use escrow, it is always suspicious.
Would you be willing to use Escrow, because if that works, I might be able to do a trade.

Of course we can use an Escrow!

No; as a new user, it would be a very bad idea to send first to you. Although I am sure you both have good intentions, it is probably safest for both users to use an escrow service.
