Please advise how I am a PayPal scammer? You are the scammer - you have NO trust on the forum and expect me to send first? I offered to use Escrow for a different payment method? How very childish you are.

see? he calls me a scammer when he wants me to send first, that is typical scammer talk.
MODS NEED TO BAN HIS IP OR I WILL REPORT TO THE CYBER POLICE!!

I mean, there's nothing wrong with not sending first to someone in a deal. We all agree with that. But a reputable escrow? You DO send first to those people. That's what they are there for.

Also, let's say that you don't trust ANY escrow (which basically means you won't do any business with anyone serious). You get so pissed off and start saying random nonsense about mods banning IPs. That's just... off. Tongue

Yeah. Calling you a PayPal scammer when you didn't really want to use PayPal doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

One of the main logical flaws with scammers (or paranoid people) claiming that there isn't a risk associated with sending PayPal first don't understand one simple thing - if you file a dispute with PayPal, you MIGHT get your money back. MIGHT.

If you file a chargeback for any reason, PayPal hits your account balance (because you went outside of the PayPal system). For those of us with verified/premier/business accounts, we simply can't afford to have our accounts potentially limited for filing disputes/chargebacks.

ALSO PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO SCAM ME BY GETTING ME TO SEND THE BTC FIRST. BTC TRANSACTIONS ARE IRREVERSIBLE WHILE PAYPAL IS REVERSIBLE. I WILL NOT SEND FIRST SO DON'T EVEN ASK

lol

I'd like to point out that the negative trust left for him by TomatoCage is a personal opinion of sketchy behavior, not an actual scam. I agree that he's suspicious, but that might be due to him being either mentally imbalanced and/or young. He seems to fly off the handle at the drop of a hat, but hasn't actually scammed anyone.

I'm not defending this person at all. Just clearing that up. He obviously doesn't do business very well, regardless of if he's a scammer or not.

Now when you have someone refusing trusted escrow services and THEN going on a temper tantrum, then something is seriously wrong. Tongue

I've got all the pm's between me and this guy and it can't not be a scam. I like to use PayPal as it is quick and easy and have made a few good transactions so far with people on this forum. In both instances I sent first as they had trust. I would have been happy to buy from this guy if he sent first as he has no trust and is a new member, I would also have been happy to use Escrow for another method of payment maybe Western Union. He then called me a 'PayPal Scammer' - nothing there indicates this. It's people like this that could cause BTC to either fade away or make it to the main steam.

Of course he hasn't actually scammed anyone yet, I would put this down to his total lack of common sense and his inability to think.

are you willing to do escrow ??

How would using escrow prevent you from charging back once everything is completed? That doesn't make any sense...

But if thats what you want, YOU can pay the escrow fee.

I'm willing to sell anything from 0.4 to 1 BTC for PayPal.

I've been PayPal verified so 3 years.

Only willing to accept from other verified users.
Thanks.
