If he doesn't respond he will get tagged as a scammer.

Done.

OP, if you want to get rid of the negative trust then post proof of ownership (a signed message) for BTC0.6 and confirm you'll use escrow.

Sadly, this shit is going on as they are able to find victims
By luck, only newbie users who are new to bitcoin.I think a few more blogs should write articles for newbies to start trading on bitcointalk since the usual trust ratings fail.If mods could delete such obvious threads or restrict newbies from creating threads in the Currency Exchange section,we can cut down the scam to 10-20% but that would be really unfair to genuine newbies.

So what about this thread then? Did you complete a deal with anyone?

This is just one of those scam attempts where he completely ignores everyone until a newbie responds and gets screwed just like this one https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/have-05-btc-want-paypal-1737430

These guy will never respond if some trusted member sends PM for exchanging the btc ,agc or whatever .The will  find some excuses
They will be always looking for a newbie to fall in thier trap..for this they will also create some alts and post vouches on threads (of fake transactions)

If no one falls for the scam..they will open another thread..repeat the process till they find the victim

Sadly, this shit is going on as they are able to find victims
