your wrong - actually its 1166 - http://cbi.iq/ Central Bank of Iraq - and no, Iraqi Dinar is considered an "exotic currency" therefor no major banks, no banks at all exchange for it in the u.s - They can only be bought at dinar exchanges and sold, and some small time dealers and currency exchanges throughout the u.s.
